VPN

Post by Randal_(Guest) » Mon Mar 22, 2010 9:41 pm

I have a customer that is trying to print through a VPN and is getting a General Print Spooler error. Is there some setting or option we need to set to make this work? He can print from any other Windows program to his local printer. R&R is located on a server and they are connecting remotely and attempting to print on their local printer.____Thanks,__Randal
