success printing to fax server?

Has anyone successfully set up a fax server?__If yes, which one?__I have a client trying to use Castelle, but R&R (v9 xbase) refuses to recognize the castelle driver as a printer. It can be chosen, but R&R always outputs to the default printer. If I try to make castelle the default printer, R&R returns an error msg.__
