Another one about PDFs...
Another one about PDFs...
Kathleen,____Please, I need your help in one last thing about pdf files.____I have almost everything working in generating PDF files.__The only problem I have is the following:__I have a customer wich uses XP. Only in this machine when I call rrwrun the pdf print driver doesn^t load. After closing rrwrun I receive an error message from XP. __Reading the messages in the Discussion Forum, I noticed that the problem could be that the user does not have sufficient rights to add another printer to the system. So I tried to, logged as this user, add manually another printer (HP Deskjet, for example). XP let me add it with no problems. So I imagine that the user have the rights to install it.__Another tip I read in the forum was to move the cdintf.dll to the windowsystem folder. First it was located in the same directory as the rrwrun. I tried this, but still with no success.____Do you have some suggestion?____Thank you.____Best regards,

Make sure that the user machine has the files:__ACFPDF.DLL__ACFPDFUI.DLL__PDFMON.DLL__PDFINTF.DLL__ACFPDF.TXT__CDINTF.DLL____These files plus the rights to install a printer should add up to success.____Kathleen__R&R Support
