E-Mail Bursting

Post by Jeff_Peterson_(Guest) » Fri Nov 22, 2002 2:49 pm

I^m running version 9 on Windows NT4 (SP6), with Outlook (not Outlook Exchange) and trying to use the Auto-send e-mail bursting feature. I cannot get R&R to send the same section to more than one person, no matter how I set up the addresses. I^ve created a dbf file for the adresses, which I relate to my main table. ____If I try and place multiple addresses in the dbf field, the relevant section of the report is sent to only the last address in the field, no matter whether I use a comma, semi-colon or space to separate the addresses.____If I create a separate record for each individual and establish a one-to-many relationship, it will still send the report section to only one address, in this case, the first one it sees.____I even tried just creating a variable with a couple of addresses and placing it on the summary band, but that didn^t work either.____Can anyone suggest how I can get this to work the way the documentation seems to indicate it will?____Thanks for your help.____Jeff
