RSWRUN.EXE has caused an exception

Post by Kim_(Guest) » Sun Nov 24, 2002 12:06 pm

I am running RRW SQL version 9. Making use of the OCX when running any rsw report through a VB application I get RSWRUN.EXE has caused an exception. An Exception has been genrated at C0000005 at address 01A837Co. I am running this on a Windows 2000 Platform SP 3. It works on some PC^s but not on others. __They are all making use of the same RSW.INI file as this is installed with the VB reports package. ____Any Ideas? __Thanks__Kim

The printers are setup from the network so all printer drivers are the same. __I can run it with no error on one PC logged in as myself and not on another. ____Thanks__Kim

I have uninstalled all the printers on my PC and only left on WIN2PDF. __I am able to print some reports , however when I close down the preview screen or save the PDF the RSWRUN has caused an exception error is displayed but you can carry on. __The majority of the reports still come up with this message as soon as you try and run them. ____Thanks__Kim
