RR9 - Performance on Windows XP

We are having problems with our customers that use RR9 and XP.__These problems are related basically to performance when the runtime is called from the application. It is extremely slow and the processor is a Pentium IV.____Does someone have any information about this?____Thanks.__

When runtime opens a report, it always checks to see if the printer saved with the report is still available. Sometimes this can really show things down. We changed this in Version 10 and I actually have a V9 RRWRUN.EXE having the change that will send out to you.____Kathleen__R&R Support
