One report prints, another does not

I have several reports that we have been using for some time.____We^ve recently found that when we open one report the print preview and print options are greyed out.____However, we have another report in the same directory with the same permissions that works fine.____We^re stumped. What should I be looking at to resolve this?____Many Thanks,__Graham

Make sure that the machine where you are opening the report has a default printer set in Windows. Without a default printer these options would indeed be unavailable.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I^ve no idea why - but this issue has been resolved by rebooting one of the network printers.____Thank you for your help though.
