Envelope problem

I have a couple of different reports for printing envelopes. The report was designed using an HP6L driver. This works for many printers but a number of users using HP Officejets or other inkjet printers cannot print envelopes because the report doesn^t select the correct paper size (i.e. #10 envelope). Is there a printer driver I can design the report using that would work more universally, i.e. with any printer? I cannot customize the report for every users specific printer. Any suggestions would be appreciated.____Thanks,__Randal Ferguson__

R&R does save the page size with the report and will try to find that page size for whatever printer is selected at runtime. In Version 10 we added an RI_PAGESIZE property but the available sizes it supports does not currently include any envelope sizes.__So there may not be a good way around the problem you are seeing.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Kathleen,____Thanks for the reply. This seems rather odd, i.e. that they would not have any page sizes for envelopes, at least a #10 envelope.____Doesn^t anyone print envelopes? You would think there would be a generic way to tell a printer to use a #10 envelope size if the printer supports it.
