Printing problems

I am trying to use version 10 on XP but am getting general spooling error. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What printer are you using? Is this V10 or V10+?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Version 10.0, Build 10.0.12____The Printer is a HP Laserjet 4100n
