Troubles with V9 and Windows XP

Hi,____The reports take so much time to show the Screen/Printer/Export dialog. What can I do to solve this.____Thanks__Frank

The problem could be that R&R is trying to find the printer that was saved with the report. In V10 when you set a value in RI_WPTR, runtime does not look for the saved printer but instead directly uses this value. So you may want to consider an upgrade to improve performance.____Kathleen__R&R Support
