DEAR SIR,____I AM USING 8 LABEL VERTICAL AND 2 LABEL HORIZONTAL.____1. UNABLE TO FIX THE PAPER SIZE OF 12"__2. PRINTER IS DOT MATRIX 80 COLUMN.__3. FONT USED MULTILENGUAL.__4. DATABASE IS MS-ACCESS.__5. NOT PRINTING LABEL AT SPECIFIED SETTINGS. FIRST LABELS__ IS PERFECT BUT REST IS NOT PERFECT. IT IS COMING SLIGHTLY__ UP AND AT LAST IT WILL BE UP BY ONE ROW.__6. CAN U GUIDE ME THE SETTINGS ALSO IN MS-ACCESS.____SHALL APPRECIATE YOUR POSITIVE REPLY EARLY.____REGARDS,__GAURANG SHAH

When you are printing labels to a dot matrix printer, you need to set up a custom page size that is the height of the label within the printer setup in the control panel then in your report you use File Page Setup to select that custom size as your page size.__You then set up the label dimensions in Format Record Layout.__Your fields go on a record band and you need to be sure that you do not specify more lines than will fit on the label.____Kathleen__R&R Support
