MSVCR70.dll not found

"This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."____The above message appears when atttempting either Start->All Programs -> R&R Version 10 -> Utilities -> Data Dictionary Editor or Report Librarian. ____Other utilities start ok. ____a search of the hard drive turns up MSVCR70.dll in __C:I386 and__C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32URTTemp____running XP Pro____Reinstallation of R&R (2x now) hasn^t made any difference.____I didn^t find any forum msgs re: MSVCR that were applicable So I^m guessing there^s something peculiar on my machine. __R&R SQL designer comes up fine.__Can you suggest anything?__thanks, B.______

Never mind. A third install (this time "Typical") allowed it to work.__But, see another post re logging in.
