Printer setup dialogue

I am printing a report from Visual FoxPro using the controlfile, with a value of "?" in the RI_WPTR field. This displays the windows printer dialogue. If the user clicks on the advanced properties and selects a specific tray on the printer, and then attempts to print the report R&R errors with the message "RRWRUN.exe has generated errors and ...".__This problem only occurs on one of the printers on our network, and only occurs in one of our reports (we have several that are fine).__This report is not new, but we have never encountered a problem like this before.

This may be off based, but look to see what the name of the printer is to the network. If I remember correctly, the name or alias can not be over 32 characters. If it is, then give it another alias name of less characters and try it again.

No luck there unfortunately, the printer name is "Xerox on AKSERVER3", only about 18 characters. We^ve had this printer for quite a while without this issue happening, so I suspect that the problem is caused by something that has changed in the report. The difficulty being, I can^t think what it would be.
