Library Question

I am using Pace training manual for version 9, but have version 10+ on my computer. I believe the library format has changed and it is hard to follow. My question is how do I insert a field in the report library? An answer to this question or general directions in using this library will be appreciated.____Sheldon S. Berger__

In earlier versions of R&R, reports were saved to report library files so a single file could contain multiple names reports.__In later releases, each report is stored to an individual file name.__So when you open a report library (which you still can do in later releases) you then take a second step of selecting a report from that library.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for reply, but still have question on how to insert a field to a report in the library itself. I have been able to choose and edit fields. Can you help?____Sheldon Berger

Open the report in the report designer and then you can use the Field Insert command or double click (or press the Insert key) on the layout to bring up the Insert field dialog.____Kathleen__R&R Support
