Error Retrieving Printer Informat

Morning all____I am in need again, we are working in a Citrix enviroment using NT 4 servers, with a user connecting over the net from a win 2k pc that has a Panasonic KX-P3624 dot matrix printer connected directley in to it. The report was written in R & R 10.0____I have read topic 1535 Bruce Carroll, and we have as recomended renamed the CDINTF.DLL, we have deleted and reinstalled the printer from scratch. We have deleted the users profile on the Terminal server and rebuilt it. I have delted my printer, i have opened the report in R & R 9 and resaved it but nothing seems to work.____The report works fine on any other machine, even if you create a phantom KX-P3624 which is what I had to do to write it in the first place. We have requested that the users swap two base units over as it works with a phantom printer installed on the other machine, to see if it^s a printer or PC issue, but are hitting a little restiance here as they are a health authority.____So what actually happens, I hear you ask, well we call the report from inside our product and it gathers the records to print then ask^s what we want to do with it Screen, Printer or Export, if you choose Screen or Printer you get the message Printer Error - Error Retrieving Printer Information. ____any other ideas? as I am running out of hair to pull out :-) ____Regards____Tim

Try setting RI_WPTR to DEFAULT and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support
