Scope With Trailing Spaces

I^ve run into a problem with where I need to specify a scope with trailing spaces. Is this possible and if so how does one do it. For example my master table has a character index with a length of 5. The data contains records with key values of "CP " and "CPMD " and I want a report limited to just key values of "CP ".____TIA____George
