Parameter RR Incomplete LIst

I have 13 Parameter_RR fields but when I preview or run the report, only 8 show up on the list. I made sure that they all are set to prompt at runtime. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?____Thanks__Darryl

Yes, they are all used in the report as text fields.

Is there a limit on the number of Parameter_RR fields that can be displayed when you run a report?

There is no limit. You just need to make sure that prompt at runtime is checked and that the field is actually used somewhere in the report.__If you add a band line and place all of these guys on it, they should show up in the parameter list.____Kathleen__R&R Support
