rswuser lock not resetting

I am running rsw version 10 . I have just reinstalled this on a new server , installed version 10 and then the upgrade 10 . Have selected server version and am running the rswrun.exe from the server itself. ____If I run a report using rapidrunner it sets the user license to locked and does not release it. __This is very strange as it worked fine on the other servers. Could this be a rights issue? __At present evertime a user runs a report they get "no available network user id". __I also run reports from a VB program which uses rswrun.exe. As soon as you run one report even if you just preview you need to go and manually reset the lock. ____Has anyone else experienced this?__Thanks__Kim

If this is Version 10.1 make sure that you have the latest 10.1.003 update from our website. __There was an issue with runtime locking users out in the original 10.1 release.____Kathleen__R&R Support
