Saving in R&R 6

Post by Chris_Loader__(Guest) » Wed Jul 11, 2001 10:49 am

hello,__I am currently writting a report in R&R 6.__I opened the report this morning and started working on it, as I have done previously. During working on it I press F9 by mistake, and, not knowning that this was a dos editor and thinking I had exited the program, I went back into R&R. I then saved my work and exited the program and from dos. __When I went back in to RR I had lost the work I had just completed but the RP1 files date of last save was when I had last saved it.____Is there anyway to get back the work I saved after I went back in?__

Whatever is saved on the disk copy of the file is all that is avaiable.____If you hate the F9 exit, you can disable it in your RR.CNF.__Run RRSETUP.EXE, select your config file and then choose Other-Defaults.__Thers is a setting for Allow temporary exit to DOS which you can change to No.____Kathleen__R&R Support
