General Print Spooler Error

Will print only 13 patient bills before getting the error. ____using R&R version 10.0 build 012____Client is running windows server 2003 and terminal services. It does not matter which printer is used. Other reports are working OK.____Any idea why R&R is complaining?____Thanks____Steve.

Wait, that version looks like 10+ to me, which I don^t have at the moment. So does that mean I need to spend another $100+ to ^see^ if that fixes it? Or is there some place I can just get and replace the runtime drivers to know.______thanks.____-Steve
