Cannot create totals file

We^re using RR 9 with Win 2000 on the local machine and across Citrix to the server. We receive the error "Cannot create totals file". Any ideas will be helpful.____Thanks,__Dale__

The totals files that R&R would create would be placed in the TEMP directory specified by your O/S.__So you need permission and disk space and sufficient available file handles.______Kathleen__R&R Support
