rrwrun.exe has generated errors

Post by David_R._(Guest) » Mon Mar 15, 2004 1:36 pm

Hello____"rrwrun.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows"!____Ever since version 10 of R&R came out, we have experienced this__problem. I^ve read everthing on the forum and tried everything from other users about this problem and the only thing that has helped is going back to Ver. 9 of the runtime files.__Are you guys ever going to fix this problem? __I^m EVEN thinking about going looking at Crystal__because of this ongoing Stability problem R&R exhibits, and I don^t even like Crystal. __Thanks__ x( :(

And you have checked do not have a copy of the file CDINTF.DLL anywhere that it could be found by R&R?____The presence of this file is the number 1 cause of this error message.____What 10.x release are you using? Is it the latest 10.1.003?______Kathleen__R&R Support

Hello__I always delete or rename cdintf.dll.__And I have tried the R&R 10+ with the same results.__There is no consistent pattern with this error.__Some machines work, others don^t (identical ones).__Some reports work, others don^t but do work with the__runtime of Ver. 9____Thanks__

A problem directly related to the printer selection dialog at runtime was fixed in 10.1.003.____Kathleen__R&R Support
