R&R 10 display / printing problems

We use the R&R viewer to display reports for our customers.____If the user is allowed to select which printer to print to (and has more than 1 printer in his list) then the R&R viewer sometimes dies for some reports. Seems to be partialy dependant on what printer driver also is used to generate the report.____Is there a fix for this? It happens for both R&R9 and R&R10____Marty

What happens if the user clicks the Properties button in the Print Dialog prior to printing?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I am having the same issues with version 9 of the software. Certain users can not get the reports to print unless the first click on the properties button in the printer selection window then click OK to get out of it. If they do this they can print, otherwise nothing happens.____Any ideas on how to get around this?____Thanks,__Al____akoop@crofuttsmith.com
