Export to an RTF file

Post by PK » Mon Jul 16, 2001 6:14 pm

I am printing multiple reports to rtf files from the viewer. The reports run all right but the header of the report does not print.__If I print individual reports from the Librarian it prints to the printer as well as export to rtf file just fine. Is there anything wrong that I am doing?____Thank you in advance.____PK

If there are page headers in the report, they should be present in the RTF file whether you are printing from Designer or from runtime.__Note however that page header/footer info appears in a special section of the RTF file. If you open an RTF in word, you need to display the file in preview mode or specifically view headers/footers to see them.____I would need more details on the specific reports to see if there are any other factors that might be causing the problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Since I can not send atachments here I am sending you via email to you the 2 files (txt and rtf). It is basically the same report from the same control file except that one was output with RI_printer as A (text file) and the other with Ri_printer as RTF (rtf file).__The names of the files are xwk1.__Thanks____PK
