R&R Ver 10+ Error after exiting

After exiting from R&R 10 +, an error comes Up:__R&R has encountered a problem and needs to close__Please tell Microsoft about this problem__.....__...__App Name: rrw.exe__App Ver: 10.1.2.0__Offset: 000ae87d____How can I get rid of this message.____Regards,____Gerard__

Delete or rename the file CDINTF.DLL______Kathleen__R&R Support
