Date Query in R&R 10

The change implemented in R&R V10 for date queries does not work outside of the US. It will consistently believe that the date format is invalid if entered in European format (even though the PC you are running on is set to European date format). If you type in the date to be in US date format it then does not match with any dates found in the database !! ____The only solution is to create an additional calculated field that has the value of the date to be queried and set the query to compare with that field or move to the US ! Which version are you using? Is it the latest 10.1.013 or something a bit earlier?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Sorry should have said 10+ and we are on version 10.1.003 although I though the same problem existed on 10.0 (probably verion 10.0.012 when we last used that)____Simon Bray.

Try opening the report, then open the control panel. Change the date to US and then immediately back to UK and then press OK.____Go back to the report and see if it then works.__If yes, save it. And it will be all set in the future.____If this does not help, email the report to me.____Kathleen__R&R Support__livesupport@livewarepub.com
