R&R v.10+ in a Hosted Environment

R&R and Whitney is AppHosted by Pro for us (the client). We^re upgrading to v10+ and already have been told we can^t use RapidRunner (it has to do with the AppHost timing out and the requirement for RapRun to have 24/7 continuous link). Is there a test website somewhere to see if the "R&R Data Dictionary Editor-User Manual" that lists the features (like the personal dictionary, adding of calculated fields, etc.) actually applies to us. Since we^re hosted, will we truly be able to add to the personal dictionary, sharing dictionaries, etc. Any info about how 10+ affect AppHost clients would be greatly appreciated as our payroll vendor (ProBusiness) has confirmed they can not provide the technical user info we need. Thank you.
