R&R and BACKUPEXEC service

One of our customers has recently upgraded there DOS R&R to R&R Version 10.____They installed R&R on the server following the server installation instructions.____After R&R was installed they report that there BACKUPEXEC software fails to start and mentioned something about the MDAC that R&R uses overwriting the Jet engine...____Anyone else heard of anything like this ?

R&R does install MDAC components as part of the SQL install but should only overwrite existing files if ours is newer that the one that is present.____What happens if they re-install BACKUPEXEC?____Kathleen__R&R Support

This has worked for my customer.____They had to reinstall JET 4 SP 8 after installing R&R to fix BACKUPEXEC.____Thanks for the support.
