Hello ,____We use RRW v9 in a microsoft terminal server environment.____I have a user who frequently keeps an r&r window open so he doesn^t loose his license.____Sometimes this causes problems as the terminal server will report the r&r process is using 100% processor resources, even though he isn^t actually running a report, he just has r&r open.____is there a known fix for this problem ?____Thanks in advance.____Martin
