Runtime error if user is not Admin

When executing R&R 9.0 runtime, we get the following error: R&R Report viewer, XBase Edition Has Encountered A Problem and Needs To Close.____Looks like the error is happening in rrwrun.exe while accessing the cdintf.dll____This error only occurs when the user does NOT have admin privileges. I have set permissions on the entire program/data that contains the R&R files and the report data tables to full control for everyone, but the error still occurs unless the user has admin privileges. We need to know what other folders and or components need to have their security set so I don^t have to grant admin privileges on our system to half the company.__

I renamed the cdintf.dll to cdintf_old.dll and I no longer get the error, but it does not create a pdf. Anything else I can do?

This application does need to create PDF files. Would removing this DLL affect this requirement? Thanks.

You need the INSTALL.EXE program so that you can install the PDF driver outside of R&R. Send me a email and I will send the install program out to you when I return from vacation on Saturday.____Kathleen__R&R Support
