Cannot open picture file blank.bmp

I have this error when I run a report that uses "Picture from Field" in the stations of work of the users.__I suppose that it is some archive DLL that is lacking in that stations or another file.__Can you help me about this problem?__Thanks.

Make sure that the file BLANK.BMP is in the R&R program directory or the default image directory. This file is used a a placeholder for a picture from field image.____Kathleen__R&R Support
