Several scanned records on a label

I need to print Avery 5160 labels with a persons name and up to three scanned records.____GH1 John Doe__Record Junior Membership__ Saturday Show #2__ Sunday Show #6____If I setup the Record Layout for Avery 5160 1" H x 2.75"W the preview displays three labels for John Doe. I have read the "Printing Related Records on one line" paper but don^t see an answer. Any ideas please :-) ?
