No printer fonts available

Hello fellow R&R users...when trying to print from R&R through windows 2003 terminal server I am getting a "No printer fonts available" error...i have reinstalled the printer driver, and I have also reinstalled older version the printer drivers but still get the same message...can anyone help me out..I am using R&R version 6.5

Upgrade is the best solution. 6.5 is an old 16 bit release.____Kathleen__R&R Support
