V10 Can^t create report shortcut

I get Runtime error 5 Invalid Procedure Call or Argument____Version 10.1.001____Windows XP SP2

This error can occur when the shortcut maker is confused about the location of the program directory.__To correct it, use the drive/directory selector at the lower left and reselect the R&R directory. Make sure that the path appears in text above the selector.____Once you do this, the problem should go away.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support____
