Cannot open file gswdll32.dll

We work a lot with various R&R reports __99% runs fine but on some machine when chart report ran I get that message __"Cannot open file gswdll32.dll"__Copying that file into system32 folder doesn^t solve the problem (same error message) it needs somthing else.__Have anyone meet that problem?

Did you do an R&R install on the machine that has the problem? There are actually a set of 3 GSW files.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Sorry I forgot to mention that im using runtime version(its essential)__So for sure R&R is not install on that machine__What can we do to ensure it will work properly without installation of R&R?__Thank you 4 resp

You need to distribute:__GSW32.EXE__GSWAG32.DLL__GSWDLL32.DLL____No special installation is required for these files.____Kathleen__R&R Support
