Printer error

Has anyone seen this error message "Error retrieving printer information"? And can anyone tell me how to fix it.____Any help would be greatly appreciated.____Thank you,__Michael Gutierrez

Is this runtime or the report designer? What printer is installed on the machine?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It only happens when I run a report. It also is heppening to other reports I have. But not all, other run fine. It is also the same printer I always print to.

I receive the "Error Retrieving Printer Information" on one of my reports when I try "File>Page Setup" or "File>Print". I move my reports back and forth from my desktop to my laptop when I^m developing a report. Only one report has this problem and it has caused me to re-write the entire report. All my other reports work ok.____I would like to know how to avoid this in the future?
