R&R Version 10 Runtime

We have an application where the reports are written in R&R version 8. __We deployed this application onto a Citrix box and encountered the 100% cpu usage problem. It seems a fix for this is in R&R v10.1.03 so I created a version 10 runtime and installed this on our citrix box.____Installing this runtime has fixed the 100% cpu issue but we have come up with another problem in that some of the reports are not printing correctly.____Instead of printing data some of our reports are printed a large solid black box.____Has anybody come across this?____Is there something I may have missed in the runtime to cause this?____Is there a problem with v8 reports running under the v10 runtime?__

Make sure that you are using the V10 RRPD.DLL along with the V10 runtime executable. If there is a mismatch you can see just the kinds of problems that you are experiencing.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes thanks, I managed to work it out that I still had the older version of RRPD.DLL and upgrading this did the trick. ____Reports are now working OK - I was just about to post the fix for other people to reference, but you beat me to it.____Thanks for your help.____
