Help with gswdll32.dll file

I^ve got a small 3D bar graph on one of my reports, which is why I assume that the gswdll32 file is required now. However, when I install that same DLL on a user^s machine, it keeps coming up with an error msg that that file is missing. I^ve installed it in both the windowssystem and app directories. Why does it work on my machine and not their^s? I^m using R&R 8.0____TIA, __Tom__

There are actually 3 required GSW files.__GSW32.EXE__GSWAG32.DLL__GSWDLL32.DLL____they all belong in the windowssystem directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support
