Performance Issues with Windows XP

We recently upgraded to v11.0 and have experienced severe performance issues with Windows XP users. Some of the users are on NT 4.0 and they are oprating at the same speed as before, but the users on XP are experiencing much longer times when opening and closing the program. Probably because the R&R PDF Export printer driver is being loaded each time the program is opened and closed.____If you add the line:__PDFDRIVER=0____to the DEFAULTS section of your c:windows rw.ini and c:windows sw.ini____things should improve.____Kathleen__R&R Support
