ParameteRR in V11.1.007

I created some parameteRR in V11.0 with static validation list. When I opened the report in V11.1.007, they got changed to dynamic validation list and the static validation list is gone even I change it back to static list. Is this a bug? I don^t want to recreate all the static lists I had created. Please help!! ____Thanks.
