Is the service pack containing dynamic parameteRRs available to download?

We did purchase the upgrade to version 11 on the basis that the dynamic parameteRRs were a part of that but they had been delayed.____Unfortunately we were told that the premier club was not available to UK users.____Does this mean that we have to purchase yet another upgrade?

Kathleen,____I have been in touch with the Uk distributor today (QBS) who tell me that they can only supply version 11 which I already have. They say there is no upgrade available for version 11 users.____Could you let me know what the situation is regarding an upgrade to be able to use dynamic parameteRRs.______Thanks____John
