V 11 Upgrade Error

When I attempt to perform an upgrade to the server from version 9 to version 11, I get the following error:__General file transfer error. Please check your target location and try again.____Error Number: -3__Related file C:WINNTsystem32asycfilt.dll; __C:WINNTsystem32STDOLE2.TLB____The operating system is Windows 2000 server.

And you have full privileges to write to the system32 directory on the server?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes. I was even able to rename a file in the directory.

What happens if you uninstall V9 and then install V11?____Kathleen__R&R Support

That was the way we did it. However, it must have been a rights issue on the workstation because when we changed workstations, it ran without an issue.__Thanx for the help, Kathleen!
