Missing Commas In Export File

We have a client using R&R ReportWorks (v11.0.3.0) and whenever they choose to export a particular report to a csv file, no commas appear in the report to separate the fields. However, when I try and run the exact same report, with the same runtime files (and same versions of them) I get a properly formatted export file.____If anyone has experienced this before, or has any ideas about what could be causing this problem, they would be gratefully received. I am thinking it may be something to do with a machine-level setting on their PC, but have tried changing stuff in the Regional and Language Options area of Control Panel, again to no avail.____Thanks,____Mike.

For a saved report the control panel setting should not matter but I agree that it has to be something at the machine level. Can you reproduce the problem with any report? Perhaps you could try another test report to see if the problem occurs in it as well.____Kathleen__R&R Support
