R&R 8.1 Printing

We have a report running via a control file on a Windows NT Terminal Server(Citrix) that is working using R&R8.1. The same report does not work using R&R8.1 on a Windows 2003 Citrix.____Are there any files, parameters or dll that I can check that may be causing a problem.____Any information would be appreciated.____Allen Wyzard

Once you select the screen or print option it disappears, as if there is no data to report.

What is in the output status file? Does it show an RO_PAGES of 0 and an RO_ERROR of N? Is there any RO_EMSG?____Kathleen__R&R Support
