What RIGHTS needed for Runtime?

I have a locked down system where users only get the minimun access rights they need. Works fine until they try to print R&R Runtime reports that used condensed printing. Cuts off report at 80 approx. chracters (on screen and when printed) because font is too big.__If I give the same user Adminstrator Rights, then it works fine. Any idea what are the minimun access rights I can give them to run these reports correctly? Thanks.
