R&R Crashes when closing report

I receive the following message when closing R&R, my user says it happens to him when he is running the report. Any ideas? Thanks, Chris____R&R Report Designer, SQL Edition has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Try renaming the file CDINTF.DLL to CDINTF.DLL. Search and rename all instances of this file.____Kathleen__R&R Support
