Processor Maxing out

Hi Kathleen, a year or so ago i came to you with a problem in that if you left a report displaying on screen it would Max the processor out, it now seems that we have this issue again, on a different server, but i can^t find the response you posted telling me how to cure the problem, I think we were using a vesion ver 9 or 10 ____does that give you enough info?____regards____Tim

You need to upgrade to V10 or higher to get rid of this problem.

Hi I have checked and we are running ver 10.0.010 the rrw.exe is dated 10th Feb 2002. on some servers it works fine on others it max^s the processor out. Any Ideas?
