Excel export language

When exporting a report to Excel, some (few) workstations seem to write wrong language-specific characters (maybe this is an OEM/ANSI conflict, too). This happens with the same report on the same database. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information about workstation settings, sw configuration etc. which may apply to this in the docs - who can clarify that for me?____TIA__Stefan
