>Unfortunately Amyuni will not allow us to distribute their __>latest PDF driver. If you want support for newer operating __>systems, you would need to purchase the latest driver __>directly from Amyuni or investigate other drivers such as __>PDF995. ____Yes, we purchased newer drivers from Amyuni but there is a problem when using them with R&R (ver. 12) in 64-bit Windows. Problem seems to be R&R related (no problem when printing from MSWord to Amyuni printer for example). Maybe R&R tryes to initialize Amyuni printer and does something wrong with newer drivers? Could You test it please? /You can run tests with Amyuni evaluation licence/. Or is it possible to compleatly switch off calls to Amyuny drivers from inside R&R? __Will rrw.ini [Defaults] Pdfdriver=0 do this?________Taavi.__

>It should show up in your printer list. __Yes, it shows but there seems to be a problem when printing from R&R to Amyuni PDF printer in 64-bit environment. ____We are testing PDF creation just by printing to Amyuni PDF printer (handled as regular printer by R&R). It works in Win XP but on 64-bit environment printer job ends with error message and no PDF file is created. CutePDF works ok. Could You test Amyuny latest drivers (3.02) with R&R? I can buy support from Amyuni but am pretty sure they will say it^s a R&R problem at the moment.____Taavi.________

Unfortunately Amyuni will not allow us to distribute their latest PDF driver. If you want support for newer operating systems, you would need to purchase the latest driver directly from Amyuni or investigate other drivers such as PDF995.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Setting PDFDRIVER=0 in the INI file will indeed tell R&R to not initial the Amyuni driver.____Kathleen__R&R Support

>Setting PDFDRIVER=0 in the INI file will indeed tell R&R to __>not initial the Amyuni driver. ____Ok, we did it but there is still a problem on 64-bit server when printing to Amyuni PDF printer (Ver 3.02) from R&R. I think it near future it will be a problem for all who have bought PDF printer upgrade from Amyuni. __Could You please test and confirm the problem? ______I will try to solve this case with Amyuni support but because problem is only with printing from R&R I am not sure they will/can help us. Quick solution would be to switch to CutePdf but we would like to stay with Amyuni because they^r installer is much smaller and they also offer PDF to HTML/Excel/...etc conversion functions.____Taavi.______________________
