You really only need CDINTF.DLL and it goes in the RRWRUN.EXE directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support

I put CDINTF.DLL in the winntsystem32 directory and registered it using the command____c:winntsystem32 egsvr32.exe c:winntsystem32cdintf.dll____Upon executing this command it responded saying that ____DllRegister Server in c:winntsystem32cdintf.dll succeeded.____Is this the right way to register this DLL on a Win2000 workstation which has not got the R&R Designer etc installed.____Further Why does windows close this app down, saying that RRWRUN has generated an error and is exiting, whenever I try to export an RR Report in the PDF format, when the registration of CDINTF.DLL as noted above is successfull.____

You do not need to register CDINTF.DLL. It just has to present in the R&R directory AND the user running runtime needs to have sufficient system rights to install a local printer. R&R does the work of actually installing the driver when the program loads.__When we exit, we attempt to uninstall the printer so if something has prevented the install from fully succeeding, then R&R will indeed cause a windows error message.____Kathleen__R&R Support
